Oil Spike Likely.
About a month ago, we had projected that it was Chinese dampening by lack of buying that was causing the price of oil on the NY futures markets to stay calm. Prices there had spiked to over 126 and then retreated back to under 80 dollars per barrel, several hundred US injuries and a little over a dozen Mississipis later. Of course on the Iranian side there are over 3000 casualties at a minimum given that a lot of their fleet was also destroyed. Yet this post is not actually about the statistics of war, it’s about something far more important to the consumers worldwide; the price of oil. China seems to have re-entered into a buying phase albeit cautiously. I suspect they still would like for the war to end before they enter the market fully. This is their story.
However, before we proceed, it is important for me to disclose that I am posting this via Squarespace, a site that also uses a tiny black square that could be a cube, depending on your perspective. As far as I am aware, Squarespace is not affiliated with Mossad or any adjacent occupations like Black Cube. We wrote about those yesterday. I suppose I too could be an Israeli spy and all I need to do is hold my hand up a certain way with my fingers pointing up sideways, except the pinkie that is slightly bent. I first saw Juval Aviv using it, then Netanyahu and then Alex Karp. All of a sudden, my pattern recognition kicked in and said… wait a minute… what am I seeing? Maybe it’s an imitation of a Catholic candelabra. What? Catholics use them too. Don’t believe me?
Anyway, unlike the CIA Deputy who discussed biotechnology Chinese company targeting at a conference, presumably with approval, that’s not what this post is about. This is more about, everything is lined up, oil ought to spike.
1. China buying again? Check.
2. Houthis attacking Saudis? Check.
3. Houthis choking Bab al-Mandab? Check.
4. Either America or Iran choking Hormuz? Check.
5. Official declaration from the WH that hostilities with Iran not expected to end this year? Check.
6. Diesel prices at record? Check.
7. Americans puzzled why we’re still fighting Iran? Check.
It’s all in place. Here is the evidence.
5 oil tankers? Ouch that’s got to hurt. Will the oil leak into the sea then? Curious about marine life. In the video, the Hormuz looks pretty busy. Are we sure it’s still closed?
I am downgrading “Oil Spike Likely” to “Oil may continue to rise”.
