Big Left Toe Part Deux.
Maybe it wasn’t the Chinese. I dunno. Big Left Toe is still painful, sort of like, I can walk and stuff but after sitting for a bit walking is like limping. I don’t know if that’s a joke on a limp noodle or a hard rock cafe. Perhaps the festivities are still simmering under the surface. You know how after an extended period of being hard, when it goes it, people miss it? What? We might as well face our needs, desires and wants openly and in the open. I go from nipplage to zero every full moon or so. The nipples haven’t pinged lately but the big toe has. Someone tried to help out and they pinged my right toe instead. Apparently what you think is my left is actually my right. Just in case you wanted to help with disability benefits. Or delayed appointments at the FDA in windows named Overton.
Andersen Windows in Minnesota ought to start a new brand named Overton. Can you imagine the ad for that? The grow dirty ever so slightly so you don’t notice until they’re opaque like Taylor’s song. Opaque panties really? And that’s a Pentagon reference? Damn. Didn’t see that coming.
Maybe I should take the Big Toe to the Chinese massage parlor. No Happy Ending for it! Just unsatisfaction like unrequited love. Keep gaining weight people, with appetites that are not your own. Just a suggestion, next time you feel like eating something, check if you’ve eaten something already. Eat a little and then promise your appetite if you’re still hungry 30 minutes from now then I’ll feed you again fiery furby.
Can you Overton someone into furriness? Isn’t that why they paint faces with animals? I am thinking of the amount of stuffed animals I’ve bought over the years. I thought it was an American tradition! You want to express affection, you buy a little stuffed toy. And they call me a conman. Do you really think open primaries would solve American politics? No need to only run as a Democrat or a Republican. Run for the middle. It could work. I mean once we figure out where politicians come from. They just suddenly appear one day. He is running as a Democrat. She is running as a Republican. Uh, excusez moi, but where did you come from? You just appeared in the paper one day with a full bio and track record.
Then again, how many people actually look at the ingredients in their food? Or try to learn anything about the farmer, the farm, the factory, the animal, the FDA guidelines on food, etc? We’re mindless automatons of the grocery store. I trust the grocery store to buy food for me, is essentially our collective eating position. The same thing applies to songs. We trust the radio stations to play songs for us. We trust Billboard to rank the songs for us. In pretty much everything we have given up discriminating (in the sense of actively choosing a preference that’s good for us) what we consume, what we hear, what we read and even the rankings of what we consume, hear, read etc. It would be one thing if it was the genuine collective wisdom of the tribe. What we get is what we’re told is the collective wisdom of the American tribe. Isn’t that what polls are? Isn’t that what unemployment and homeless figures are?
So… with that preamble, how can you criticize AI for taking away our choices and our freedom? What freedom?
We don’t choose the people in power, the people who manage money, the rankings, the polls, what we eat, see, read, listen to etc. We don’t choose the robots, the robots don't choose their drones. We think we choose when we speak to AI but have we actually chosen or did the AI suddenly appear one day? Now we ask AI for recommendations about all the other things. We were already removed from choice, now we are twice removed.
