Intent and Outcomes
In law there are or there ought to be two distinct measurements when it comes to considering crime and punishment. As the title suggests intent and outcome ought to be considered.
If you support therapy for mutilated children, it doesn’t make you special, it only makes you human. Yet for some reason liberals have staked their claim on being humane. That’s intent. At this juncture though they are unable to flip into toughness and also say “we ought to go after the sonsofbitches who did this”. That’s outcome. The conservatives have the reverse agenda. They don’t support therapy for mutilated children. You’re a boy son. I don’t care what they did, what you now like, why you now like what you like, don’t care you’re growing boobs, no therapy for you! That’s both: intent and outcomes. As you can see neither the liberals nor the conservatives are going to solve the actual problem.
Apply that to ghettos and you get the same mapping.
In fact, apply that to any of the ailments that ail America and you get the same maps. Intent and Outcomes. Neither party can solve these set of problems regardless of their intentions because they are unable to see themselves the way the law would.
And then there are the sheeple. The people of America who are sheep. The people who refuse to acknowledge the deficits in moral viewpoints, ethical dilemma, logic conundrums and so on. They refuse to even see simple problems like child abuse. Or demand forcefully that it not happens. The news media can prove Epstein to them, and they are content to simply watch. They can see an insane man being led by his tail by a foreign country and they will demand nothing. Corruption becomes open in high offices while the lower offices are prosecuted as examples and the people simply continue with their lives driving the same highways each morning, going to the same office to work, driving back in traffic jams, coming home to watch their favorite shows and then starting the cycle again the next day.
Why exactly are we still in and around Iran? Is there a reason? Other than wanting higher oil and gas prices for corporate friends? Why did we attack Iran in the first place? Why did our missiles hit their schools?
Intent and outcomes. Many people are now waiting for November and hoping that the change of parties will change outcomes. Will that stop child abuse or child mutilation? Any society that refuses to protect its children - you can complete this sentence in your own mind, can’t you?
Whatever happened to Fuddruckers or Duffy the Vampire Slayer?
Things come and go pal, they come and go.
This too shall pass.

Eric and Don Jr. have conducted numerous undisclosed meetings with foreign government officials (including representatives from Hungary, the UK, Vietnam, and Qatar) while simultaneously negotiating global real estate deals for the Trump Organization.
Don Jr. serves as a strategic advisor or investor in prediction market firms Kalshi and Polymarket, which have received favorable, deregulatory treatment from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
Don Jr. is on the board of prescription drug platform BlinkRX, which will benefit from the administration’s promotion of direct-to-patient medicine sales.
Presumably, someone has made a fortune trading stocks and bonds on the basis of insider knowledge of decisions that Trump would announce — about tariffs, his war in Iran, and other news that moved stock and bond markets. The trades occurred just before the announcements.
In May, Trump disclosed that his trust was actively trading individual stocks, an unprecedented practice for a sitting U.S. president in the modern era.
Trump has pardoned some of the most brazen financial criminals in American history, and one can only wonder what he received in return. They include Philip Esformes, convicted in what Trump’s own Department of Justice described as the “largest health care fraud scheme ever charged”; Joseph Schwartz, convicted for a $38 million fraud scheme; and reality stars Todd and Julie Chrisley, convicted for multimillion-dollar bank fraud. He’s granted clemency to Lawrence Duran after a $205 million fraud conviction. He commuted Jason Galanis’s sentence and pardoned Devon Archer, both tied to tens of millions in fraud.
