I had decided I wouldn’t be DRAGGED into writing about Lindsay’s peccadilloes. He is after all (was) an honored veteran of the USAF JAG Corps. He had seen active duty in Afghanistan. The letters “af” common to both the Air Force and Afghanistan. 33 years is a long time to spent being attached to the military in some capacity or another. The flag here on campus at SDSU has been on half mast for the last 4 days now. Whether you liked Lindsay or not, the flag doesn’t simply represent him, it represents every veteran who has given it his or her all. That’s how my mind tries to justify things. I have never served in the military. Yet by reading blogs I know some strange customs like the Flag must never be allowed to touch the ground. Even though speeches say this is hallowed ground. Well which is it? Is it hallowed or not?
There are people claiming Lindsay liked to dress up in a red lingerie and have fun with the boys. And the girls. And the whatever. Does that matter at this late hour? Well only if you think a little dose of testosterone would have helped him wear more appropriate uniforms. I mean, it’s 33 years pal. It’s a long time. He was so revered that he got a bronze star that is ordinarily meant for people who have seen active combat. I am not sure what sort of active combat he had seen but he had to probably justify some bombing runs I’d guess as a JAG. Drone them, I am authorizing it in my official capacity he probably wrote about a wedding party high up in the mountains. I don’t know for a fact, I am simply guessing cause it was JAGs who authorized that raid on the Iranian school that killed over 100 girls. So when I see the flag lower I justify it to myself… there were people who died for our country and it represents all of them.
These are the sorts of questions that will probably come up for SecWar Hegseth. Should Lindsay get the testosterone meds? The British comedy Dad’s Army has nothing since it was only a TV show. We win. We’ve been winning against the Brits since the Revolution. It’s been 250 years of winning. You can see the results of winning everyday. I genuinely appreciate President Trump’s order to fly the flags at half mast for 6 days. Because 6 doesn’t mean anything in the military. It’s just a number picked at random.
A person’s sexual preferences are not decided by their own selves within the confines of the System. Lindsay liked what he liked, God Bless his little heart. I hope he rests in peace somewhere. Not all men are Patton or Gregory Peck. Yet it does provide a view to me, of how the military is controlled. That was one of the biggest hurdles for me to understand as a newbie to the System. How do you get all these brave men and women of the American Armed Forces to do what you want them to do? Lindsay set a shining example and the flag at half is simply an indicator of everything that is right with the System.
Speaking of lingeries, the founder of Victoria’s Secret is a billionaire named Lexlie Wesner. In his wikipedia page he is known to have started a pro Israel lobby and was brought in for questioning during the Epstein hearings. His name is also plastered all over Harvard.
